Problems downloading applications? Today we show you some solutions

Have you ever had a problem trying to download an application or game from the App Store? Perhaps we find that after performing a restoration of our device through an iCloud Backup, some applications seem to never end up downloading or installing 11 best music downloader apps for android .

If you've ever seen this happen or you're in that situation right now, we will try to help you by giving you some possible solutions so you can continue installing that app without any problem. If you are in this situation and need help, follow us and we will tell you the steps you can take to fix it.

How to solve problems with "frozen” downloads

1. Make sure your internet connection is working correctly
Before doing anything, make sure the internet connection was not severed . The easiest way to prove this is to do something else that requires an Internet connection. You can try to load a web page in Safari or try to send an iMessage, for example.

If the internet connection works, maybe there had been a cut in it at some point, so the application should start downloading just where it stopped when. If your internet connection works correctly, continue with step 2.

2. Click on the button of the application you are downloading

Many times users do not realize that they accidentally tapped the application while it was downloading. This causes the application installation to stop. We can easily tell if we have accidentally paused an installation if it has a pause icon on the icon with the word pause under it. Sometimes, even if the installation does not appear to be paused, clicking on the application can sometimes trigger a "frozen" installation to continue the download at the same point it stayed.

It may not work at the first, so we can try a second tap on the icon. If nothing happens after a few seconds, we will have to continue with the next step.

3. Restart the iPhone or iPad

As can happen with other iOS problems, a restart can also solve the problem with applications frozen in your download .. You just have to press and hold the Start button and the power button on your iPhone or iPad at the same time and not release them until e l Apple logo on the screen.

After your iPhone or iPad has completely restarted, you will have to check if the application you have tried to install is still there. If it has disappeared completely, do not worry. All we have to do now is to access the AppStore again and try to download it again . If it is still frozen, proceed to the next step.

4. Try removing the application and downloading it again

Sometimes iOS will allow you to remove applications while they are still being installed. If trying to touch the application icon and a restart does not solve the problem, try to remove the application manually.

Simply press and hold on the application icon until all applications begin to move. Now click on the "x” symbol in the upper left corner of the application. Confirm that you want to remove the application. If the application disappears instantly, all we have to do is download it again from the App Store. If trying to delete the app does nothing at all, continue with the next step.

5. Try to download another application

For some reason, downloading another application from the App Store may cause stagnant applications to begin downloading again. So simply access the App Store and look for a free application to download . Any application can serve us, both a new and another that you have already bought. Wait a few seconds and see if the application that was "frozen" started downloading again. If not, continue with the next step.

6. Log out of the App Store and open it again
If all else fails, there may be a problem with iTunes or the App Store on your iPhone or iPad that could be interrupting the download you currently have. All we have to do is close our session, restart the device and then log back in to iTunes and the App Store:

Open the settings application of your iPhone or iPad.
Go to the iTunes Store and App Store
Click on your current Apple ID located at the top.
Press Disconnect in the pop-up menu that appears.
Restart the device and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 again to reconnect with your Apple ID.
